I had my mole on my face surgically removed(all of it) yesterday, and it's stiched up, but lately I feel a tingling feeling or something's crawling on it so I look in the mirror and nothing's crawling on it.

What does it mean>?

I would say you are just feeling the healing process starting to work. The nerves were deadened in your face and have come alive again, and that is all I would say it is. I would not expect this sensation to last very long. If it does, consult your doctor.

it's probably just a strange sensation caused by the numbing agent wearing off and the fact that you are used to having something there and now it is gone. kind of like when you always wear the same ring on the same finger..... when you take it off, it still feels like you are wearing it.
you could also just have a little itch in your stitch.

It's probably just your nerve endings reacting to the surgery. It should go away in a couple of days.
