if your a British citizen it's NO issue of you working in England

Many countries nowadays allow dual citizenship. Including the US If you have dual US/UK citizenship for example you will be able to get a job just as any other citizen can in the UK..

If you are a citizen of the nation then you re just as all the others. If you enter the nation on your other pasport then that is a different story.

until you turn 18 then you must decide your nationality. This is very common.
