I can't drink a lot of water in high school because I will have to go to the bathroom and there is barely any time to. Should I just drink a lot after school?

When I drink water it digests VERY quick and I have to go to the bathroom bad! This is what happens in my first class after drinking a bottle (or less than) of water.

Do not drink a whole bottle at once- that will make anybody make a beeline for the bathroom.
Try drinking couple sips every hour- that should keep you hydrated, and it won't put too much pressure on your bladder. When you come home, just drink a bit more to make up for the lack of water during the day.

Don't drink water while in school unless you can get a pass to go to the bathroom. But also not drinking water for along period of time can cause you to have bad bladder problems later on. Check with your doctor the next time you have an appointment . water is always need in you body.

Space it out evenly throughout your day. Start by drinking at least 16-24 fluid oz. right away in the morning. A simple 8 oz every few hours during the day will help balance out the day. Plus, drinking more than 24 oz in one sitting, within 30 minute doesn't help with re-hydrating. It simply fills your bladder and your body flushes it, not absorbs it.
