Depends on the degree, what you want to do, and whether your degree will allow you to be an officer. Every service has some career field that is technical. Some just have more positions in them. The most opportunities would be in the Air Force or the Navy, but like I said there are some high-end technical jobs in the Marines and Army (its just a lot fewer).
With tuition assistance and education benefits, many of the Airmen (enlisted) in the Air Force have at least an assoc. degree. You'd be suprised how educated the Air Force and Navy personnel are.

Yes they all have great people, I think most military people would agree that the US Air Force has some of the best. Not the bravest, not the strongest, not the Rambo's, not the Rangers but scholars, and pencil pusher for sure. But I will tell you this, Officer Training is not a walk in the park. Nearly every one who wants to can make it through enlisted basic training, but many hundreds fail the officer training school. Been there don't that, I did them both. Enlisted and Officer

Generally Air Force, but you may want to first see what jobs are available in each. There's a lot of intelligence people in Fort Meade, from all the services, so you may not be stationed at the same type of base you signed up for.

Well, doesn't it make sense to do a little research and see which branch has the most effective, best reputed intelligence divisions?

believe it or not, but in my opinion it would be a infantry offficer in the army. it sounds crazy but its true, there is so much you have to know, and it is the hardest job in all the military. i was infantry in the marine corp for 4 years and the army for 3.if you want a job that will challenge you, this is what you need. even more challenging would be going into rangers, or special ops.

There are college educated people in all MOS's in all branches. It all depends on what you want your specific job to be.

I would argue with the colonel.
If one has "expanded" their mind at college,
the best place to find out how far it can be stretched,
Is the Marine Corps.
