I went to the gym last tuesday, and I have now the typical pain (muscles) because of starting again exercising. My question is: should I wait until I feel like "new", or should I go on saturday again and expect my body get used to the training program?

Go now. Work the tension out of the muscles. Just when you go back, don't work out so hard. Maybe light reps. And, don't forget to stretch those muscles.

Doesn't it feel good.

like they say "no pain no gain" go on Saturday, your body willl get used to the workouts and the pain will ease away. when it does, use more weight to gain more mass.
