Okay im in the 6th grade and there is this girl that i really like but the thing is that she is popular and im not as popular as her. Also I think she has a boyfriend but it sounds if things have been slopping down for them. Should i ask her out or no.?

Well, Here this should help...and have a littel more confiedce.... "any man can sweep any women off her feet... just have to use the Right BROOM...." got it...
Establish a method of constant contact. Get into her group of friends; a good way to do this would be to join her lunch group. Get a job working at the same place she does. Frequent her place of work as a customer. Sign up for the same college class. There are many many other ways. Just make sure to find a way to make sure you are a part of her life whether she likes it or not.
Acquire a private method of contact (phone #, email address, IM name, etc.) This will be the beginning of your one-on-one relationship. Make sure to maintain the "innocence". Remember, at this point you are no more than just friends or acquaintances. Don't let on that you want more.
Patience, young padawan. Slowly chip away at her until she sees your good points. Insert and encourage doubt about her current relationship whenever possible. Non-aggressively let her know you are interested and willing to give her everything she is lacking.
Make your move. Remember, timing is everything. This step is the crux of the whole deal; one false move, and you're done. But play it right, and you're golden.
Allow her guilt and doubt to stew until she breaks it off with her boyfriend/whatever. After this step, it's only a matter of time. All you have to do is wait and not mess it up.
Tips
All along you need to cover up your bad points and show good points that you don't really possess.
Do romantic stuff to make her think that's what kind of guy you are. Learn guitar and play her "Question" by the Old 97's.
Tell her all you want is to get married and provide for a family.
Get her friends behind you. Make them fans of yours. This will help because they will encourage her to break it off with Sir Douche A Lot and hook it up with you.
Make friends with her boyfriend, keep your friends close, and your enemies closer!

DO NOT let the boyfriend know your intentions. You might get beat up or even killed.
After you hook up with her, do NOT tell her what your intentions have been the whole time.
Remember, if she leaves him for you, she might leave you for someone else she thinks is better.

You should talk to her and become friends with her, but don't ask her out yet. At least, not while she's dating someone else. If I were you, I wouldn't date for a few years-I'm in high school, and I have never dated. If you don't date, then it will be more important and special once you start when you're older. My family's rule is no dating until you're 16. Besides, you might not want to go out with her after a little while-people change so quickly.

Omg, what the freak are you waiting for just ask the girl out, if she has a boyfriend just wait till' they break up.... Talk to her ask if she wants to hang out, get to know her!! Then you might find out she likes you then you will go out, ok...ok

If you feel that she isn't a good idea, don't do it. If you like her go for her and she might like you for you. Don't try to fit into her world, stay the way you are and you can make it.
