YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT AT HOME, LET A PROFESSIONAL DO IT AND IT SHOULD BE FOILED TO LOOK RIGHT

I personally color all my friends and family at home, its easy and fun. It takes alot of time and patience. So first step if your gonna do it alone, use a streaking cap

1. part your hair, and put the cap on
2. pull tiny lil chunks of hair all over
3. add dye hair
4. foil it, then watch your hair every 4-7 minutes

Heres the secret so it doesnt turn out bad:
you will want to get pieces of damp paper towel and carefully damp your pieces of desired colored hair, in other words, wipe it immediately when u see the color you want. Dont leave the hair color too long, or it will turn brassy and such.

My method of all time, is just bleach it all the way till it turns super plantinum blond, wash up. keep the streaking cap on, then lastly coloring it with another choice of hairdye color.

I reccomend L'oreal couleur expert.
Feel free to consult with me ;) i hope this helps.

Go to a hair salon. Otherwise your highlights will come out too chunky, in odd places, with varying widths, and possibly the wrong color. Bleach is not something to take lightly putting in your hair. The money you spend in a salon will be worth it.
