No, Sweden maintained a policy of neutrality, but gave many concessions to Germany, which some people consider tantamount to aiding Germany. Concessions included allowing Germany to use its railways to transport war materials and soldiers.

Because Germany didn't have to. All the countries that were on Sweden's borders were conquered by Germany. The other reason is that Sweden is surrounding by mountains and would be hard for the German military to enter and wrest control of Sweden.

While Sweden was neutral, they were walking a fine line. On one hand they were helping Germany by selling them supplies and material. On the other hand, they allowed damaged allied planes to land in their borders. These airmen were then captured and taken to internment camps. The Swedish government thought that it was better to do that then turn them over to the Germans.

Well, I checked in Wikipedia because it's an interesting question, and officially it says that Sweden was neutral and was not occupied by the Nazis. However, this seems to be highly disputed by those who participate in the Wikipedia discussions. Without looking into it in detail, it seems as though the Swedish King was pro Germany, but anti Nazi, especially toward Hitler. The King very much disliked Hitler's anti-Semitism. Some say, though, that there were many volunteers in Sweden who went into the Waffen SS.

So, I am going with no, Sweden was never occupied by the Nazis during WWII, but there was some Nazi sympathizers within Sweden, including some in the military.

You can search Sweden during WWII on Wikipedia and read some of it yourself.
