Is the castor oil I am going to use in the oil cleansing method the same castor oil that when eaten is a laxative?

I am no longer certain if it'll give up hair loss however the castor will aid make your hair thicker, the olive oil will aid make it shinier however i'm really not certain approximately the gingerly oil. I DO recognise that garlic stops hair loss, take a look at utilising a garlic conditioner
