Non-denominational Christians have set beliefs. They just don't belong to any of the major denominations like Baptist or Methodist. Agnostics are not sure God even exists, let alone His/Her/Its/Their precise nature.

Non-denominational usually refers to those of the Christian faith who don't have a particular church or dogma to belong to.
Agnostic refers to people who believe in a Supreme Being, but abhor organized religion of any kind, including Christianity.
The idea that men could reinvent God to look like himself and then worship this creation is primitive and repugnant.
