I don't know what "bettierage" or "PBUH" is. But, I have met with a Medium like a "John Edwards" before. (I mean John Edwards from "Crossing Over" not the John Edwards who is running for President). The Medium asked me not to give him any information - he would tell me which members of my family were here. He told me my Grandparents first and last name and I confirmed that information was correct. Then he asked me to ask them a question in my mind without saying the question out loud and he would translate the answer. First thing they both told me was how they died. (I already knew that - but I think they were just trying to verify their identity) Then they answered my questions by using symbols that the Medium translated. The Medium was confused by some of the messages he was getting from my Grandparents because I wanted to see if this guy was for real. He said my grandparents said I was going to be moving to Washington, DC and going to work in politics. I told him: "No, that's not correct. I have no interest in politics, I want to be an actress." So he was puzzled. Then he paused and said: "I don't mean to offend you, but your grandmother is getting aggitated. She says you are lying to me, and you know what she's talking about. Sorry, but I'm only the messanger. That's what she's telling me." So, I was busted, because my grandmother was right: I was moving to Washington to work in politics. After I admitted, the truth, she had some important info about people I was going to meet (complete with names) and told me who I shouldn't trust, and who was going to be beneficial to my career.

Both my grandparents were Christians.

So, yes, I have talked to 2 dead Christians with the help of a medium. The man I went to is in NY. A "medium" acts basically as a "telephone" from you to the other side, where your loved ones have crossed over. They aren't in heaven per se, but they said they made it over to the other side just fine, and they are doing great, but the still worry about the family they leave behind. So, I don't know - maybe heaven isn't open yet. I think after the last person on earth passes away, then heaven will open, so right now everyone is just in some kind of waiting room, waiting for the last soul to come up there.

If you want his name, send me a private email and I'll give you his info - he's very, very, very acurate. Some messages are comforting, but some questions that you ask and get an answer too, are not always the answers you want. I.e. "Am I going to marry the person I'm with now?" My grandma said: "No, he's not the one for you. You won't meet your future husband for a few more years." Sure enough, she was right.

I speak to dead Christians all the time. I don't believe they are in heaven or can hear me and certainly they can't respond in any way. That doesn't keep me from saying things like "Grandpa, I wish you were here" or from saying a few words when I am with the body of a recently deceased person. (I've been around more corpses than most people who don't do that sort of thing for a living.) It is a comfort to me to think of the person and that's all I can ask for.

We won't be in Heaven till Jesus comes back. If Christians think they are Heaven now they are totally wrong because this world isn't Heaven at all.

Dead Christians carry on a far better conversation than dead atheists do.

Probably the same number of people have talked to dead Christians as those who have talked to God.

I've spoken to a dead Christian: Jesus (well, technically he was Jewish. That still counts tho)

I can't recall speaking to anyone that was dead who talked back to me. I didn't give them the mirror under the nose test, but I'm pretty sure they were kicking.

I'm beginning to think that heaven is more of a state-of-mind than an actual place.

I suspect that many I've tried to converse with were actually brain dead. Does that count?
