Why do they hate the US?
I don't believe they are 'jealous' of our way of life. They have oil and money and could live our way of life if they wanted to. So what's up with that?

To DZ9 and Mesquite:
The extremists were chanting "death to America" and blowing up innocent civilians long before our President sent troops to Iraq. So that does not answer the question at all. Why do they hate America?
They hated America long before the war. Can you explain that?

Because America is supporting Zionist Israel and invading countries like Iraq to force democracy on the people there who don't want Americans or democracy in their country.

its not because they hate the way of your life...some of u might think its nothing..but theres too much life of the innocent which are not extremist lost because of your president unreliable statement..its not just about our brothers and sisters life that lost but if u think twice,your friends in the army also experiencing the same...its about the freedom that we choose but your president didnt like it..maybe my words mean nothing to u,its not u or the US that i hate..its what your president do...but i believe in justice..one day,the truth will show the way...k,may peace be upon u..

I agree with the first answer. There are terrorists and extremists of every race and religion, the only thing is these days, Islamic extremists seem to be getting all the attention.

The Muslims are being mislead, they are taught from the cradle to hate the Jews. They sing songs in Elementary school death to America. They would slit your throat with no problem , my friend, all in the name of Allah.

They love American people and America itself. They love the culture, movies, music, clothes, food and TV. My family watches oprah over there.
When i go visit my cousins from Egypt, and once i leave they wish and beg for me to take them back with me to America.
They just EXTREMELY DISLIKE the American government.
And hell i would to, if they were occupying my land and killing my people.

They think we are immoral and hedonistic. They also see us fighting over rather we should actually fight back as weakness.
