Drinking diet Coke after having Mentos or having Mentos after drinking diet Coke will not do anything to you. The chemical reaction that occurs when you add Mentos to diet Coke and put the lid on can not occur in your stomach due to the acid and enzymes present during the digestive process. I've eaten Mentos and drank diet Coke plenty of times, long before people began putting Mentos in 2 liters of diet Coke to watch it explode. It's not even produced an un-lady like burp in me. So, it's a perfectly good idea.

No not really
It would seem to be a bad idea but its not really.
Might make you feel a little sick, but not throwing up.
You will just feel a 1 second cramp.
Why it exploads is because of the sugary part hitting the asphartame.
But just try to have it 5 - 10 mins appart
Just to stay safe
