I'm not really too worldly, but from experience I would think that Amsterdam and Las Vegas are two of the most depraved, carnal cities I have ever seen. I was even approached in Vegas by a pimp offering one of his girls for some "erotic room service". I happened to be walking with my pregnant wife and pushing our other daughter in a stroller at the time. All I could muster up as a response was "Um....no".
I guess I'm blissfully naive about the world, and choose to stay that way.

I have lived in many city's and I would say that alot of them are very equal in inequity.
I wish I could judge but I really cannot say, I am willing to bet tho there are others outside of the US that don't have much govern that are far worse than the ones in the US.
If I had to guess in the US I would have said New Orleans.
But God already made that pretty obvious.

It would be hard to say, though many would probably qualify. There are wicked people in nearly every city.
