No, it takes many many poppy seeds heated and processed to make a very small amount of opium.those seeds have to be heated and processed to get gummy tar like substance from the many 1000s of seeds it takes to make one gram.

No there is no drug in poppy seeds
the drug is in the sap from the fresh flower bulb.
