This boy keeps bugging me and following me around saying that he "wants to go out with me" everywhere. It's getting really creepy. How do I get him to leave me alone?

Tell him that you are not interested in going out with him. Tell him to leave you alone

if you reaaallly want him gone... tell him theres no way in the world you would ever go out with him.... harsh yes.. but it will get rid of him.... you could always find a more polite way to do it.. cant think of one tho

tell him you do not appreciate that behavior and that he has blown his chance with you because of his behavior.
