Could someone tell me why older men are atrracted to youger women?

And younger men are attracted to older women. I am 47 and have older men hitting on me all the time, as well the younger men.

Different people are attracted to others of various ages. Some men are attracted to women much younger, much older, or around the same age as themselves...same goes for women.

Older people typically have the benefit of experience, maturity, and some form of security...younger people are often more spontaneous, active, have less baggage, and have the benefit of their age not showing on their face or body yet...(these are all generalizations, of course).

To each their own...I've always preferred guys less than 10 yrs my junior or senior...I get guys young enough to be my kid hitting on me too, and it's just not appealing...but then, I can't seem to make myself date across that 50 line either...

Older men are attracted to younger women because they like to think of themselves as attractive and young. It kind of brings back their youth. What they don't realize is that they look like a sugar daddy to everyone else. This is especially true for the guys that have powerful careers or just a lot of money. Let's face it. If you see some beautiful younger girl with an older unattractive man, he must have a lot of money. Sure thing is he isn't working at Walmart or a regular job. The real test is if the guy loses his wealth.....do you think the younger woman will stay around? You probably have younger men hitting on you because:

1) You are attractive?
2) You have a lot of money, drive an expensive car, have a powerful career?

I guess older men are attracted to younger women because they remind them of youth and vigor. Also maybe they have a higher sex drive than the older women they know and believe that younger women will share that drive. As for younger men being attracted to older women, I guess the MILF factor may have something to do with it. Older women remind guys of those attractive moms of their youth and I guess being with them is like living out a fantasy. Also there is the experience level in older women. Guys might also be attracted to these women because they know that they will not waste their time playing games and that the women are secure. Lastly, the guys, in both age brackets, could just find these women attractive.

Younger women make older men feel younger, plus younger women are usually more vivacious, more firm, and maybe they're more fun to be with ? This is not always the case...but usually these are the main reasons.

Younger men sometimes like older women because they like how the older women are more experienced and more mature. Maybe the younger guy is tired of playing games with younger girls ?

most men do not want to be with an older woman unless they have been married to this older lady for many years.

Maybe they are attracted to younger women because it makes them feel young again and they are proud to have this "pretty young thing" on their arm.

Maybe young men are attracted to older women because the woman has some money and will take care of them and they won't have to work too hard. They will let the woman take care of them. (I think there was a song about that).

Because an older man is still attracted to young women. My wife is 23 years younger than me and i find her attractive, her mother is 10 years younger than me but i wouldn't date her.

well i know i am not that old but i mean older men are attracted to younger women because they probably think you are easy... and younger men are probably attracted to older women because they think they have tons of experience.
