Rice will be better for you, depends what kind of course.

Breads are real nasty for one loosing weight.

Well, think about it this way. Most people in countries where bread is popular have a problem with weight gain. Asians primarily eat rice and they are usually fit. So I would say that bread is a lot worse.

Cut back on the bread.How many obese asians that diet contain rice have you seen? hehehe PS. do the real long grian rice.{i like jasmine rice} Not any of that quick rice crap!I can also tell you how to make perfect rice every time too.{wink}
