My older two always fight. They're 9 and 6. We've done so many things to try and stop the battles, but nothing stops them from happening all together. When i catch them bickering, i make the two of them do something together: Set the table, throw a football around, pick a movie to watch together ext. If they get into serious fights it leads to some kind of week long punishment making them work/sit quietly together. Some other things Ive found that worked were pretending to have their fight as a court case (you being the judge) and the 5 dollar game show (have the boys ask each other questions about their favorite movies, colors, games ext. Then have them sit down and quiz them to see how much they remember about each other. Winner gets 5 dollars or out of 1 chore for 1 week. Forces them to speak nicely to eachother for a little while).
The bottom line is that they're brothers and theyre going to fight like most siblings. Don't worry, they'll eventually grow out of it. Best of Luck!

I have a 9 and an 11 year old only mine are girls and they fight constantly! The only thing that I can do is seperate them for a while to their own rooms or sometimes I think they are just bored then I try to find a fun activity to do with them, like play a board game or a craft project or something.

Put them together in the same room. The more they are together the more they figure out they need to get along. We did this alot with a 7, 6, and 4 year old it works pretty well. Also I would gie them incentives...if you don't fight all day we'll go see a movie this weekend.

you know is hard to to answer this question cuz i don't really think there is some one out there that can give you the right answer. every parent has they own technique. my kids use to do the same thing so u know what i did, one day i just got tried of it and i put them both in one room and i gave them notebook and paper and i said, each one of you are going to write the thing that you don't like about each other. after a few hours later i went in there and i read the papers most of the answers mach each other and i said to them this is why you are always fighting cuz your both the same way and after that things got better. so good luck with whatever you try.

You honestly cannot do much. it is very normal for them to fight with each other at this age, but don't worry, it won't last forever.
