There's a girl who I really like who gives me the cold shoulder now. However, she has told me that she liked me before. Now you could just tell me to "move on to the next one" but I never truly went out w/ her (I asked her and she had no choice but to say no). Any advice on getting her back over here?

Just start talking to her again gradually. If she still won't budge do something that'll flatter her and tell her your intentions at the same time in a "sweet" way. Pick a flower and leave it on her car, book, bike, somewhere that she'll find it. Don't buy it, pick it somewhere they find that more romantic

You don't have to move on to the next one - you just to have to give up trying to get someone to like you when they liked you before but aren't liking you now.... without ever having done a single thing other than say they liked you before? That could be the wildest of exaggerations! She could even be making that up just to jerk you around! You have practically no relationship and you're worried about getting her back? I'd say she not to be gotten because you never had her. The moving on idea may not apply exactly but you get the general idea.

You need to know that a "cold shoulder" is a normal part of the dating life. You need to elevate your self-image and move on until you find a warm shoulder.
