When you think that you are hungry, try drinking a bottle or glass of water first.
Many times we mistake feelings of thirst for hunger. I have kept quite a few unwanted pounds off by doing this.

I think that it helps keep you full, and you do not go looking for snacks as much.

Keep a bottle near you at all times and just have it stare at you. You will have no choice, but to drink it. And buy those packs of 24 waters and have it always in stock in your fridge.

keep a bottle in your or bag at all times.
buy a case of water and keep it in your car.(if you have one)
if you get sick of drinking plan water all the time than buy the crystal light small packs .
and try drinking teas

Best thing for me is to just carry a water bottle around with me. I find that if it is my hands or nearby I will drink more than if I don't have it.

add crystal lite or sugar free koolaid to help with bland taste.
