Try to pay attention to what the teacher is saying, even though it hurts your brain sometimes. If you still don't get what he/she is talking about just ask a question. That's what I do. It also helps a lot if you work on your math homework with someone who's good at it.

are you determined to pass math class? if you are, teach someone your math. this will force you to understand how you get the answers and will force you to work the problems out so that you can explain to mum/dad/siblings/friend how you get your answers. make sure the someone you're "teaching" your math to is a listener :)
my sis did that because she was failing geometry and she managed to pull through with straight Cs. the problem here if you will admit is you are too lazy to learn and too disinterested... you've got it somewhere in you, k? work hard!!! :D

find out the causes of failure and develop the alternative to the problem. Evaluate if the alternative is actually solving the problem then implement the selected alternative.

Study harder, more, and longer. Getting a tutor would also be a good idea!
