K, a teenager that never got in trouble with the before and got suspened 3-6 times for fighting. And the State is Washington. my friend recently got caught inside a house stealing things.

ok there were in trouble before, 3 to 6 suspension for fighting, they juv case workers will be checking with the school, family and more to recommend what best can help the situation.

They can get up to 3 years in juv detention, or book camp.
If the parents take respnsiblity, pay for damages to building and work with the courts probation is possible

depends on the record of the individual, the school background, their home life, and the judge they get...you could possibly be charged as an adult as well. Depends on the DA and the judge.

depends if you have a record if not probably probation and maybe 6 months or a year in jail
