ok this will take a while but it is very simple.do not eat until u are full juss eat till u are satisfied. if u can join some sport conditioning [basketball] or [football]. when u feel like u want to eat something sweet drink some water that will also fill u up.and also stay active dont stay in the house cause then u will think about food.
for the abs do sit-ups every day .start with ten then work your way up. to really get them burnin when u go down on a sit-up lift your back just a lil bit above the ground and keep it there. u will feel the burn after like 10 seconds.

Whoa! you truthfully do better than maximum human beings I hear while they say they are attempting to drop pounds. the only question i'd have is how long have you ever been working 3 miles the different day. in case you have been doing it for no less than a 12 months then the load could be long previous (i do no longer understand you so by using any ability i'm hoping to no longer insult you, I purely understand many those that do issues for 5 months and picture they are in a position to get particular outcomes). 5 miles the different day or popular is oftentimes what gets human beings weight-loss outcomes. the different suggestion would be to connect an ab type. I took a form of and that became the 1st time I had an 8 %. (did no longer even know it became achieveable). i've got been determining in view that 8th grade and that i'm now 31 nevertheless determining (no longer a wellbeing club rat, yet purely in shape).

Do various aerobic exercises including crunches and side crunches while watching a new movie or sitcom. Just make sure to keep yourself moving and doing some type of physical movement throughout the movie or sitcom. The fat comes off on the entire body with regular exercise. The key is an hour a day and watch what you eat. Try more fruits, vegetables, fat-free skim milk and high fiber cereals.

Take it from someone who is on the verge of having an 8 pk. Get on an ab crunch machines for your upper abs...use low weight and a lot of reps. For your lower abs do a reverse crunch where you essentially lay on your back and with knees bent and pointing up...you curl them toward your head using your abs. All of this will burn, but you will see results. Also, cut out sugars/sweets...and frontload your carbs...eat carbs in the morning and vegetables in the afternoon and at night. Carbs in the afternoon and at night turn to fat. Spread out your meals. Your body can only absorb so much at a time; the rest becomes fat. Your body can only absorb 35g. of protein every 3.5 hrs. So don't eat a lot of meat all in one sitting. Good Luck.

A really great personal trainer taught me to do twists with a broom over my shoulders. You have to keep your knees slightly bent, or sit on the edge of a chair. Do them for 10-15 minutes. Then do alternate toe touches with the broom still across your shoulders. It really whittles the waist.
A factory job had me twist behind me and bending to pick up 5 lbs in each hand then twisting to place the 5 lbs down at knee level in front of me. You tend to crunch in your abs as you pick up the weights and bend to release them. Try doing that for 15 min straight. You could fill milk jugs for the weights. I was lifting steel rods.

you have a 6-pack already...you just have to get rid of the fat that covers it up

the best exercise is the exercise that you will actually do

spot reduction seldom is successful .walking, running and aerobics...anything that causes you to sweat and get your heart rate up

Well, we all have six-packs, but fat is covering them. Run regularly to reduce the fat in your stomach, then do sit-ups to build the muscles you already have.

Cut your calories in half, run 5 miles a day, and do as many crunches as you possibly can, morning and night. That MIGHT do it.
