To lose it really quickly, go on a liquid diet for a few days... the weight will drop right off. However, that can be kind of hard, because you basically have to live off of chicken broth and milk, so if you don't want to do that, cut your daily food intake to about 5-6 small snacks per day (though try to make them healthy, aka no chips, like whole wheat bread, yogurt, or an energy bar), also try to put in a little exercise. Running, walking, and even dancing around to your favorite tunes are great ways to shed a little extra.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

2 to 3 pounds is not much you way 1 to 5 pounds lighter in the morning.... just try eating vegetables and fruits lots of fiber

i just learned a very easy way that will help you lose weight in no time.you just have to eat well(but no greasy food),drink lots of water,extercise after every meal,and in a week you might even lose more than 3 pounds.
