Tell someone and stay away from him. You need to find out who he is or telling someone is useless.

I would tell your parents. Or somebody at the school. Nobody under any circumstance should have to tolerate that. If he approaches you tell him you are not interested and if he it continues you will report him. I know you don't want to have to take it that level but somebody needs to stop the kid before it goes to far. I am not saying it will but people shouldn't behave in such an ugly manner.
I would write everything down and talk to a counselor about how to stop bullys and what the next step should be.
Good luck! I hope things work out for you.

Sounds like u need to talk to your councelor at school about the incident. He had no right to put his hands on u. And the last part could be considered a threat.
I dont know what that would be considered. I wouldnt raise too big of a stink until i talked to the councelor. They are there to deal with situations such as this. Its their job.
So, tomorrow, talk to them and tell them the entire story.
They will guide u in the right direction.
I would also inform my parents of the sitation and tell them u plan to talk to the councelor tomorrow. Make sure they are aware of the situation.
As for the kid who came up as he was doing it, u dont owe him an explanation for anything. So, if he asks, tell him u dont wish to talk about it right now or ever and to drop it.
Good luck hun.

What a JERK! Yes that is sexual harassment and assault and you should report him.
Please don't let his threats scare you. He is a bully and a manipulator and he threatens you to scare you in hoping you will eventually give him sex. He is probably used to getting everything he wants in life and from girls and feels he is entitled to it.
The guy does not respect girls and he is abusive.
You need to report him and fast ! Please don't wait around to do it...it is only a matter of time before he assaults another girl and he is the type of guy with good chances of being or becoming a rapist. You could save yourself and save someone else from that happening.
Be strong. Tell your parents. Confide in people you trust.
Tell and warn your friends and REPORT HIM to the principle
and guidance counselor... and FILE CHARGES with your local police department.
You can get a restraining order against him and if he comes within a certain number of feet of you he will be arrested.
Sorry this happened to you...you didn't deserve it.
Best of luck.

go to the guidance cousellor and tell her/him what happened and give them the name of the guy who witnessed it to back you up and let the school deal with it, he will probably get a very sevear warning or will get suspended or even kicked out of school because we have 0 tolerence now. By the way yes it is harrassment. Do it right away!!! so its on his file, before he really hurts you or someone else. Any unwanted touching is harrassment. Take care Heather

it sounds like a little more than sexual harassment, like assault and battery tell someone right away
assault and battery
Related but distinct crimes. Battery is the unlawful application of physical force to another; assault is an attempt to commit battery or an act that may reasonably cause fear of imminent battery. With manslaughter and murder (see homicide), these concepts are articulated to protect against rude and undesired physical contact or the threat of it. Battery requires no minimum degree of force, nor does it need to be applied directly; administering poison and transmitting a disease may both be battery.

this is DEFINETELY sexualy harrasment, you should find out who this kid is and tell your school principle asap. i would talk to your principle tomorrow and also your friend that helped you, they'll probably want to speak with him. do NOT let this go he'll either keep harrassing you or other girls. he will most likely deny it and may even lie, saying things that you did that you didnt or other horrible things but be strong, ignore that, and make sure you show him that this will not be tolerated. call the police and make a police report as well.

This is sexual assault. Tell some one. It sounds like you're pretty young. Tell your parents or some adult you trust. This guy needs to be told to back off permanently. If necessary go to the police for a restraining order as this behavior qualifies for one. Lots of love to you. You don't deserve this crap!

Report him to the school office, tell your counselor, a teacher you're comfortable with, and your parents. Make him stop before it gets worst. Don't tolerate his actions.

This is actually assault and he should be reported to the principal and to the police; ask a friend to walk with you whenever you might see him around. Take care of yourself!
