Its not as bad as beer and Liquor, but you will still get hit for mixing your drinks. Most wine have sulfur which increases you chance of a hangover. Hard liquor does not require sulfur to preserve it. You get the worse of both world. Large quantity of alcohol in your liquor mixed with the sulfur of Champagne. You could get a really bad headache. Also Hard liquor is clean, but there are a lot of stuff in wine. Some of the stuff multiplies the alcohols ability to make you drunk. Beer has the most of these chemicals. That is why you don't mix beer and Liquor. Champagne may not be as bad as beer, but I think its not a good idea. I also heard the bubbles in champagne help people get drunk. I have never heard of any scientific study on this, but who knows.

Champagne counts as wine and in my experience, mixing wine and then liquor has not been as bad as beer followed by liquor. If you generally get a headache from wine, you may want to re-consider. But in general, it's safe to mix the two, in moderation...say a mimosa followed by a bloody mary!

whoa thats quite some alcohol. but it depends on YOUR body and it's sensitivity. sorry to say, but the best way to find out is to try it. a little bit at a time.

but!! but champagne and wine have a higher percentage of alcohol than beer, so it might be HARDER on your stomach and liver.

good luck?!

Depends what you're made of, personally I find any combination of Draino, Sterno and aftershave causes temporary blindness and insanity so stay clear of them!
