I think they help to remove free radicals from your body which can cause cell abnormalities or abnormal cell growth.

I think that fruits contain a lot of antioxidants but I'm not sure what else.

Antioxidants help keep your body from rusting, so to say?! Red grapes, red peppers, dark chocolate( my favorite) are a couple food items there are many more.

so it prevents aging is what i beleive it does

you can find high levels in fresh fruit and vegtables, and higher if it's raw uncooked.
