Try rolled oats, porridge etc. They keep you full for ages, good old complex carbs... Top with some fruit.

my answer would be a bowl of cereal(a healthy one).with a milkshake and couple of fruits like grapes,kiwi,strawberry,or any other kind of fruit.it's healthy,good,and keeps you active and full for a long time!
