Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

15 lbs in one month is really unhealthy to lose. I was 5'6 and 125 lbs and lost 15 lbs in one month from an eating disorder and felt AWFUL. Just take your time and do it nice and slow. I'm sure you will be able to lose 15 lbs, give it a few months or so though. You'll be more likely to keep it off too.

No it is not healthful. the main to loose is two lbs a week which ability approximately 8 lbs a month. something will effect in scientific issues and likely pores and skin issues. Take it from me. I lost approximately twenty lbs a year in the past in 3 weeks and had terrible issues of docs and pores and skin

Doesn't sound like you need to lose any weight.Try no trans fat in the food you eat.trying baking & grilling foods instead of frying um. eat more vegtables & fruits.Substatute ground turkey instead of beef.And the one thing we all love---->Exersize!! Good luck to ya but you sound right in the ball park for your height. oh yeah!! less stress!
