I you mean which countries have Jews running for presidents then Israel an Panama were the only countries to have Jewish presidents... But I am not sure that's what you meant.

Each year in Kazakhstan, there is the annual running of the Jew. A man dressed up as Jew is chased down street by Kazakhstani people. Sometimes it lays an egg.
