I usually eat an average sized banana, one toast with a piece of cheddar cheese or with one egg and one cup of tea with two teaspoons of sugar.
btw, I am 19..female

or you could substitute a splash of skim milk for the sugar

Yes...very healthy. Whole wheat toast or 7 grain bread would be a plus. Keep your sugar if you don't indulge in it later with sweet soft drinks or snacks. You could sub. chunky peanut butter occ. for the cheese or egg.

the banana is good and the the toast with cheese is good(peanut butter would be better for the carb and protein, for athletics) and i would go with coffee cause if you are going to intake caffiene and sugar at least the coffe is a diaretic. but over all very good. oh and the egg is good, better if boiled.

You really only need 1 egg a week. Plus tea all the time isn't good. You are doing pretty good but I would not worry too much!

its good that you eat breakfast. and a hearty one at that. this is healthy, but it seems that you have a long stretch between breakfast and lunch? if so, then this is good. for me, im not really a breakfast person so i usually just eat a peice of bread with butter or a small bowl of cereal.

everyone has difft. preferences tho. yours is healthy and filling, so good job!!

i think that's such a good breakfast..
breakfast is the most important meal in day..u need much energy for whole day
in my opinion, we can eat anything we want in the morning..
pls dont worry about that
