Jumping rope is considered one of the best workouts. Not only do you burn more calories than most other workouts but you are using several muscles in your body.

You can look into February's edition (if I am not mistaken) of Self magazine (or go to Self.com) and you'll find not only a jumping rope-workout but you'll also be able to read about the benefits.

Success!

Make muscle with one of your arms. Then, where your forearem and other part of the arm come together, near your elbow, look at that muscle. That's what jump rope does.
