Some dictionaries might tell you that both talon and talón mean "heel," like the heel of your foot, shoe or sock. It can also mean other kinds of heel, something related to architecture. It can also mean a part of a ticket or receipt that you rip off, like a stub. Some dictionaries will say that, while talón means heel, talon (without accent) means nothing.
"pasar por" can mean "to walk on," "to pass through," "to walk through," etc. It does NOT mean "to pay for." The verb for "to pay" is pagar.
However, it also depends on the context. For example:
"pasar por agua" can mean "to boil"
"pasar por algiuen" can mean "to pick someone up"
"pasar por las armas" can mean "to shoot, to execute"
"pasar por alto" can mean "to omit, to leave out"

You were being insulted, whether in a mean or a friendly manner I can't say. 'Marica' is a Spanish street word for a male homosexual, 'mariposa' means butterfly, 'puno' you possibly misheard for 'puto' which means male prostitute, 'beso' means a kiss. I'm not familiar with 'mocoso'. "Loco' means crazy. Think twice before going out swinging. Young Latino males have a cultural impetus to hurl out epithets such as these, but more often than not there is no serious intent behind them.

Since you mentioned the airport: El talon means "the heel" but also "the stub, check, receipt, or coupon". And pasaporte is "passport" according to my hand-held Spanish to English dictionary. Someone who speaks or knows Spanish will probably give me a "thumbs down" but I tried.

Try www.freetranslation.com. You get several languages translated to English. As a hint, if you are translating Spanish from South America, try the "Latina" version.
