Wait awhile. Not too long, but enough to let things calm, don't be to eager to apologize. Though your actions may have been irrational, try to explain it in a way without using the words "I'm sorry." If you've done your best and she's very resistant then that's how she chooses to be, and if your presence incites negativity then you can't help that.

The best way to start is just to say, "Look,-----I am really sorry, I realize I screwed up". I, as a woman, always appreciated a man who had enough integrity to say he was sorry when he messed up. Then, if she wants to talk about whatever happened, let her do the talking, get it off her chest, and just listen. You know what you did, you are sorry for it, there is nothing else you can do. If you want to keep the relationship, promise her it won't happen again, and mean it!

First off, you gotta really, really mean it. Second, figure out whatever it is your girl loves doing best, or maybe something( or things) that she has wanted to do or you to do for her, then do it. And no accusations or complaining, follow thourgh with whatever you say, and stay humble. If you're very good, and very luck, this all will work. And, oh yeah, if you think buying her something will help, it had better be good AND thoughtful, and not like a bribe. She'll know if you really are sorry. Believe me. Good luck.

A gift or flowers with an "I'm sorry" card is the generally accepted form of apology. It doesn't have to be expensive either, just something you know she likes. Maybe her favorite candy bar or a single rose or a baseball cap with her best team on it. Good luck.

That's the best way to do it. Just that you're sorry. If it's not good enough for her, then she's not good enough for you. If you're not cheating on her, things should be fixable. If she fights it, take off and get some one who is cool with you.

You have to show her that you care. Find a way of letting her know that she is special.
It all depends on what you did? But, you have to make her feel special and don't forget to apologize. Also, when you apologize make her believe it.
