Of the 169 different starting hands aces are the best. Queens are certainly in the top five. So both are great hands, and have a great chance of winning unimproved.
The problem with the queens is that they are vulnerable to an ace or a king. If someone is holding any ace or king and spikes another on the flop, turn or river your queens are most likely dead.
With this in mind a larger raise may be prudent with queens. You don't want too many random hands with ace or king in them involved in the hand. Maybe a larger raise will drive out that A3 or KT.
Aces are certainly not bullet proof, and you don't want to take a flop against too many people, as for every extra person who stays in your chances of losing increase.
No limit Texas Hold'em is a highly complex game. So there is no simple or right answer to your question. It is not always necessary or prudent to move all in with either hand. So to answer your question it would be necessary to know the answer to a lot of other questions, such as how many players are still to act, what action has happened before your turn, what kind of game is it (ring or tournament), further details about the game and the people in the game.
If your question is simpler than that, and that question is which hand would you rather be all in with, the answer would have to be the aces every time. They are by far the best possible starting hand. So even ignoring all of the details of what else is going on, it is clearly the very best hand to be all in with. It's not a guarentee of a win, but it is a better chance than queens.

Pocket Aces. It is the best starting hand especially vs Queens by nearly 3 to 1. There is no overpair that can snipe you.

pocket aces is ultimate hand before flop. the best odd vs. aces are suited connectors. but if u go all-in with pocket Q's and face AK suited or unsuited, u are looking at close to coin flip(QQ53.56% vs. AK46.02%). I'll take pocket aces to go all-in any given day. u should too!
