hey,over the past 2-3 months ive developed a stomach disorder (which pains me terribly,i cannot do regular activities) and im still not sure what it is because i hhave not recieved any results as yet...however for the past month ive been feeling really down do u think it's linked to my problem, and how can i take my mind off of it? Also ive never had a problem with depression before so i dunno its just really pissing me off...

I admire your recognition of the problem. Addiction to certain thoughts is like a big toilet - it will only get worse the more you ponder the problem.

Study something that excites you - I really enjoy studying the beliefs of Mormons. The doctrine will cheer you up and help you cope with the temporal pain.

One thing this church has taught me is to love serving others. I enjoy listening to stressed out people and teaching little kids. This brings me joy because I know that's one of the things Jesus would do. If your faith in Him is weak, there is a principle in the church saying that after studying the teachings, you can pray to know the truth of it. I know you'll get an answer depending on how badly you want to know. I know the teachings are true. Take care!!
