this guy keeps being really persistent about going out with me... he's 19 and im 19. He wont back off and he's not rude or anything but he'll stay stuff like "you're not giving me a chance. If you go on one date with me i am sure you'll have an amazing time and you wont forget it" What does that mean?

probably not sex, but you can alway say we are not going to have sex but i will go out with you. Not all boys are just after one thing...but most boys are....so set ground rules for them. OH one more thing, never think a man knows what you mean...they do not know what we mean...tell them so they understand.

Sounds like he's just telling you that you will have a great date, sex doesn't seem to be implied at all. Just go out with him and see what happens, if you get the feeling that he is being a dirty perv. leave him there and never talk to him again
