The real question is How can u not flirt with him...
the biggest turn on would be for you to just ask him random questions..Do that thing you girls with your hair...and most importantly smile/laugh a lot...

Traditionally the guy makes the first move in a relationship. Be nice to him, talk to him, get his myspace ,but don't make it too obvious you like him. And judging by the way you asked the question your probably like 12-13. So wait for him to come on to you. But don't be too aggressive flirting with him. If your too aggressive , and he (for one reason or another) doesn't feel the same way. your feelings might get hurt.

if hes athletic then totally use that to ur advantage. Compliment his skills, his muscles whatever OR challenge him to a sport

Well its easy you just flirt it just kinda happens im flirting sometimes and dont even notice it ....its just natural dont try to hard and be yourself thats all the advice u need.
