Bar-B-Q beef sandwiches. Take and chop the roast up, add a few dehydrated seasonings (onion powder, and garlic), a touch of Lee and Perins . Pour some Bar-B-Q sauce into the mixture, then heat over a med to low fire until hot.

Serve on a toasted hamburger bun, or just sliced bread. This is always a quick way to throw together a meal.

Nothing!! Throw it away!!!

When I was a kid, my mom used to make roast beef ALL the time. Once I was old enough, NEVER AGAIN!

Until recently, when my wife decided she would start cooking roast beef...ughhh!

So just the other day she made it, and I - since I hate roast, but I'm a big Arbys fan - cut some roast beef as thin as I could, put it on some bread, drowned it in Arbys sauce (luckily I had a few packets in the fridge!) and then...what to do about cheese sauce? I found some cheez-whiz in the cupboard...warmed it up...put it on the sammich...and...ughhh!! It still tasted horrible!

So I'll stick to me usual roast night routine: put some on my plate so as to set a good example for the kids, and then feed it to the dogs when no one is looking!

Throw it away!!!
