Hearing voices in your head can come from many things-- Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Brief Psychotic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophreniform Disorder,... the list is long. Website listed above are great!!!

I've only heard two different types of voiced in my life from inside my head. One is myself thinking, the other is random word or two that actually sound like someone said it from around me somewhere.
