Um..a great way to flirt is casual touches to their arms and Keep eye contact. But really, if you don't know them at all, flirting is kind of pointless. It will only make sure then you end up in shallow meaningless relationships. But if you're really that starved for attention and affection.....

laugh whenever he tries to be funny, dont be too up in his space, cause then it would just be annoying, and make him chase you by letting him IM/text/email first and NEVER let him know u like him. they like to chase. if you know he's too shy, just take control and IM/text/email first. and talk about things you two have in common
