why should it not be right? Why do you think that a person should be excluded simply for their ethnicity?
Oh and Turtle I am Hispanic and a US citizen and I speak English as well if not better than most white people.
Dar, it was similar to Brown vs Board of Education except that Mendez sued Westminster school board for equal access for Hispanics to the education system. Why shouldn't people of all races be able to go to school together?
