You can put it off til tomorrow, but just think when it comes to tomorrow will you want to put it off until the next day. It's really up to you. But I'd start self control today and then use the burrito and red wine as a treat for being good all week. :)

No, just go to sleep or something. Your body is a learning mechanism..if you give in and think "ok I'll just start over tomorrow" your body is going to keep hitting you with the cravings and make the cravings last longer because it knows eventually you'll think "ok I'll just start over tomorrow"

Depends and reminds me of how I quit smoking. It took me couple of years limiting myself and depriving and cutting it down to a few a day and then one and then one in a week and a moth and so on, but I don't smoke anymore in the end. As for your concern, go ahead, burrito is not that bad and red one sounds just fabulous, just don't eat hamburgers

If you are young you'll probably burn it off ... If you have a weight problem ... find something else to fill the need. Maybe celery with salsa ... It will give you the crunch and you'll get the wow of the salsa... I say no ... don't have it .. be strong :)
