Sorry to tell you...aging is a natural process and it happens to everyone of us.
We usually start to get wrinkles around 18-20, but usually quite minimal.
Expression wrinkles (more visible) appear around 22-26.
Around 30, you get much more eye and forehead wrinkles.
yes, as you said it is also genes, it runs in families the way you age.
The only way for them to "slow" down, is by drinking lots of water, to stay hydrated (you are made of water, so dry skin will show wrinkles more!), eat good, use a good moisturiser adequate for your skin type, remove all make-up residue before sleeping and rest rest rest!
Sleep is important for your skin to repair itself. With age, it wont repair itself as good as before. When you're 18, you can go out all night partying and the next day still look fine, but in the long run, you will age faster, and you wont recover as well either.
So, all the wild life you have now, it will get back to you ultimately. But I'm not saying not to have fun.
Wrinkles arent the end of the road. You are just too focused on them! Wear them...dont let them wear you!

eh still could be genetics. I've gotten small wrinkles on my forehead. best thing to do is moustrize and use retin-A which is a medicine that also helps keep the wrinkles from getting worse so fast.

Oh poor child! Wrinkles have flawed an other wise perfect face. Hmm. . . maybe you can wear a hood low over your forehead or stop worrying. Those little wrinkles are hereditary. You could wear long bangs.

I don't think it is that unusual ... they are probably very unnoticable to most, but you are focusing on them which makes them monumental. Get into a good skin care program. Not the over the counter products ... most of them take your money with little results. Talk to your Mother or someone you are close to ... surely they will support you in your goal ... Good luck!

If you are worried now, wait until you turn forty, then you'll really see wrinkles. I think maybe you are looking in the mirror a little to closely...GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey girl, perhaps you should try eating more skin food???
I would say that you need to increase your intake of Vitamin A foods. Once eaten beta-caroptene is converted to Vitamin A(retiol) in the body when needed. It's a powerful antioxidant in its own right.
Foods rich in Beta Carotene (Vitamin A) are:
Fishliver oil, liver, carrotts, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy products and yellow fruits.
Vitamin A rich foods will keep the outer layers of your tissues and organs healthy, help in the removal of age spots, if you have them, promote growth, strong bones, healthy skin, hair, teeth and gums, help treat acne, superficial wrinkles, impetigo, boils, carbuncles and open ulcers when applied externally. Another deficiency sign of Vitamin A is night blindness. When you have great difficulty focusing at night time outside and also when sunlight and bright lights burn your eyes.
If you're deficient in Vitamin A no skin treatment will work. It's time to top up on Vitamin A if your skin is dry or rough, or it breaks out in spots.
Vitamin A helps ensure that skin is taut, silky soft and youthfull looking by nurturing the fat lying beneath the skin. vitamin A also makes sure that the skin cells rising to the surface remain supple so you skin feels soft and smooth.
Vitamin A may also help prevent sun damage.
Also you should get yourself some fish oil supplements. Of course, eating the real thing is far more beneficial for your skin. Salmon in particular is teeming with face-friendly Omega-3 fatty acids, which do everything from attack dry areas to help deflate inflamed pimples. The essential fatty acids in salmon battle collagen damaging free radicals and help smooth out fine lines. Omega-3s also help make eicosainoids, hormone-like substances that encourage our bodies to produce the human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is an anti-ageing hormone extraordinaire, as it boosts new cell growth. HGH stimulates the growth of our tissues, our skin included, and its one of the most important hormones for keeping us young. Not that you should really even be concerned with your youth at the moment !! That being said, good on you for taking care with your health and appearance. Our bodie's production of HGH drops off steadily from our late twenties; by our sixties we have 50 per cent or less HGH in our bodies to promote healthy new cells !! So get that skin saving salmon into you.
To get the ideal amount of Omega-3 fatty acids on a weekly basis, you only need about 2 - 3 servings of fish (about 7grams). Eat cold water, deepsea fish such as mackerel, salmon, tuna and trout at least three times a week for smooth, supple skin.
If you dont like fish or are a vegetarian add one of the following:
2 tablespoons walnut oil (cold pressed)
2 tablespoons soybean oil (cold pressed, organic)
1 tablespoon canola oil (cold pressed, organic)
3 tablespoons flaxseeds, (ground)
4 tablespoons walnuts
1 cup soybeans (uncooked)
2000mg of a fish oil (EPA/DHA) supplement.
The recommended daily intake for Vitamin A is 4,000 IU (International Units) for females.
The only other thing that I can think of is to try and avoid caffeinated drinks, coffee/tea/sodas like the plague as they are so dehydrating. For each coffee/tea you drink you need to replace x 2 as much water to get back to ground zero !! You need to also at least be drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water per day, preferably filtered. Buy yourself a 3 litre filter jug from any major department store for around $30.00 and you'll be more than surprised at the taste difference when there's no "purifying chemicals" in the water !!
Also, for each soda/soft drink you have it is dehydrating so you need to replace it with approximately 10 - 12 glasses of water !! I surely gasped too when I read that little pearler !!
PEACE & LIGHT

Smile and the world smiles with you.
Try to find humor in daily life------
LAUGHTER is a great medicine.
Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Sing like nobody's listening.
Live like it's Heaven on Earth.
