if i dont know her first is eye contact smile and grab the first chance to meet her! if i know her go talk with her when we are in the same place i am nice and i show that i care about her! then i start flirtin her by making compliments and by the way he responds i decide whether to ask her out or not! i prefer phone her than silly sms of course! hope i help u, good luck

Well, first of all, the guy shouldn't be checking you out constantly or obviously, or else he only wants a quick physical
If he really cares for you, you can tell from what he says to you and how he treats you. You should feel like, he is genuinely caring for you. For example, if you're walking in the sidewalk, he might walk closer to the car side while you walk closer to the non-street side. Or, if it's cold, he would immediately offer his jacket to you even if he is going to get cold. If you're out eating, he wouldn't eat like a pig if you don't feel like eating. Instead of getting a premade romantic card, he would just write you a nice simple note. There would be no silent moment, not even when you know each other pretty well. He should let you be free and be yourself. He shouldn't demand from you anything, or ask you be anything you don't want to be. He should support you in your goals. He should listen to you more, than keep giving you advice (many guys are guilty of this). If he really cares for you, he would put you first, above his own commitments... so let's say he has plans to see some important basketball game with his friends, he'd cancel that to have a nice dinner with you.
You can just tell, pay attention to all he does and says, and even stuff he doesn't do and say...
See if he is genuine, or if he is doing the stuff he is doing to have a "quickie" (many guys are guilty of the latter... it's hormonal)

this is the best way. me being a guy this was the best test ever. if the girl tells the guy she is waiting till she gets married to have sex. Thats what my ex told me and i was cool with it. It really helps to tell if a guy jus wants to get some

i know im not a guy but i think you can tell if a guy really likes you and cares if he does eveything for you and the way he looks at you ...you just know ...belive me
