Isaiah 53 fortells of the coming Messiah and how he will atone for sin.. If Isaiah is a prophet of God and he foretold of the Messiah and how he would atone for sin with his life.. Why is the Qu'ran which claims to be the word of the God of Abraham not in agreement with Isaiah a prophet of God? and why does Allah claim authorship of the Bible and claims to be in agreement with the prophets when he says Jesus did not die and is not the Savior? The book of Isaiah in the Dead Sea Scrolls predate Christ and does predate the Qu'ran by nearly a thousand years... Say to the people of the book we agree with the revealtion handed down to you...Your God is my God?
Wasn't the revelation handed down the story of Jesus Christ and the prophesies of his coming and the atonement he provided?

This is a good question. Allah claims to be in agreement with the prophets and the God of the Bible and Abraham. Muslims claim all of the prophets of God and yet Isaiah among other prophets did say the Messiah would atone for sin. I don't think you will receive an answer to this as there is no answer in the Qu'ran it says it agrees with the prophets and says it is the word of God then procedes to disagree with all of the prophets and the true word of God.

Yes, there have been a few copies of Isaiah within the lifeless sea scrolls, and extra fragments. Most of the diversities in it and the Masoretic textual content are minor grammatical alterations and a few further phrases that do not difference the that means drastically.

Like you point out, "if Isaiah is a prophet," is what your question is based on. What if he wasn't a prophet? Allah means God in Arabic. God is attributed to authoring the bible. The Gnostic Gospels also state that Jesus did not die, and is not the Savior. You do have a good point that a lot of the writings that we have do not say the same thing. We're not sure that there is only one correct text. It would help if you read all of the ancient texts to see their differences.
