Firsto off, the Boeing 757 is a single isle aircraft. The 747, 767, and 777 are multi isle aircraft. They can have different set up of seats like 242 333 343 or something like that. When it comes to the movie screnes, it depends on the airline. They are usually only installed on the planes used for trans-atlantic or long haul flights. Some airlines don't even have them.

seatback PTV's depend on the airline, most airlines are spec'ing PTV's for all new aircraft (especially long-haul), but there are many 747's ,etc flying out there with the old projector screen video on the front wall of each section (especially United Airlines)

They are complete different models of aircraft. They are different in size, shape and seating configuration. The PTV's depend on the airline. check out www.seatguru.com for more information on seatings and the best seats and the seats to avoid.

All airliner interiors are "customer option", so it all depends on which airline you use. Check with your airline what airplanes they operate, and what facilities they have in each cabin, coz they are different between Coach, Club and First.
