In my PE class today we found our resting heart rate. My teacher said that the healthy number would be between 50 and 80, but my number was 101! I'm 13 years old, 5'5ish and about 100-105 lbs. What does the high number mean? Am I really unhealthy?

Don't worry about it. Everyone's normal is different. For you 101 may be perfectly fine. You're young and healthy. Don't lose sleep over it. :-)

Unless you were terribly nervous, you may want to go to the doctor. I don't know anyone who has a normal, resting heart rate over 100. Normal is 60.
