reduce washing to twice a week lots of moisture, condition it deep condition/hot oil treatmewnt every month

My sister did that, but she's laugh black. I am half black too but never got a relaxer. Just make sure that you don't wash it until 2 days later and don't wash it everyday. It will dry your hair out. Also, if you're thinking about getting a perm, it's a bad idea because my sister got a Japanese perm (which makes your hair SUPER straight) and when she wanted it to be curly again, it came out half straight and half curly and it took about a year and a half for it to grow out.

Know the type of hair you have. Buy the same name brand products and buy the Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturizer, Mouse, Holding spray. Keep it clean. Leave-in-Condition work. Products with Mayo are good.
